1. Return Policy

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged women's night dresses in their original packaging with tags intact within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.
  • Items bought during a sale or purchased with promotional codes may not be eligible for returns unless otherwise specified.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@wityrabbit.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically take 7 - 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refund Conditions:

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.
  • In case of a return due to a defective item, we will cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

3. Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges for sizing, color, or style preferences, subject to stock availability. If you would like to exchange your night dress, please follow the same steps as above to initiate an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

Exchange Process:

  • Contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the exchange request (new size, color, or style).
  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will ship the requested replacement at no additional shipping cost.
  • If the replacement item is unavailable, we will offer you the option of a full refund.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement, exchange, or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
  • Items purchased with certain promotional offers.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.

6. How to Ship Your Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories, tags, and labels.
  • Ship the item using a trackable shipping method to the address provided in the return authorization email.
  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping, so please retain proof of shipment.
